Unable to change country on Apple Account due to active subscription

I would like to update the country associated with my account. I have already canceled my Apple Music subscription. However, it is set to expire on 22/09/2025. Therefore, I am unable to change the country. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
