OneDrive crashes on my Mac Studio and Air
Hi all,
Today OneDrive decided to crash pretty much every time I opened it. I thought it was just ok my Mac Studio, but I have the same problem on my MacBook Air. As my studio is where I create most of my content, now none of my other devices are up to date. OneDrive does work however on my old PC and my 3 IOS devices. The only thing that I have changed is to increase my storage to 2TB from 1600GB.
As far as I can see OneDrive has not been updated for a few days and I am pretty sure it was synchronising yesterday otherwise I would have seen the error messages (which just apologies and tells me to re-load OneDrive). I have saved the very long full error message to a file on my desktop).
I am bang up to date on all IOS updates.
I chatted with apple and they set up a test account to see if I got the same result, which I did. Next step suggested by Apple is me to contact Microsoft.
I just wondered if any fellow Mac/OneDrive users are experiencing the same problem, or is it just me? Obviously if anyone has a fix please let me know, I use OneDrive for pretty much everything, so not being able to synchronise is a biggy for me.
