Email addressed to Suddenlink

When I try to send email to suddenlink email addresses they bounce?? (only to suddenlink addresses) It has been that way for a couple of months. The suddenlink addresses are good - my husband can send to them from his laptop. So I've deduced that the problem is with my laptop or my mail program? Help! Any suggestions?

If it's any help here is the bounce reply:

Nobody here knows the details ofwhat you’re sending, or of what Proofpoint is detecting as spam.

Your intended recipient will need to pursue this with Optimum / Suddenlink support.

Mail was and is and will be increasingly unreliable, so some other means of communations can be appropriate.

The Proofpoint machine learning spam detection in use at Optimum / Suddenlink has classified the message is spam.

Proofpoint are unlikely to talk about why the mail message is detected as spam, either.

Given it’s based on machine learning, they might not actually even know why.
