Deleting an iPhone from a shared Apple Account

OK, so I have two iPhones linked to one account but I wanted delete to one of the phones from the same account. If I deleted one account, would it remove all my data from the other phone?

If I deleted one account,

You say you want to delete an account, but from what you say, you only have one account. Your description is confusing. I presume you have one account being used on two iPhones. If you want to remove an account from one of the phones, sign out of the account on that device. You will be asked if you wish to retain the data that are on the device, or if you wish to delete the data. Choose the one you wish. If your intention is to get rid of the second iPhone, reset it as outlined in What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If instead you retain the data on that device (some data may depend upon the account that is currently signed in and will not be present when you sign out) and then sign into it using another account, the data (most of it) from the two accounts will be merged.
