Unable to recover my Apple Account even after 14 days of request

after 14days i cant stil recover my account and apple didn’t send me any message or call me I’ve have waitined for almost 2months

I keep requesting for password reset and I get a message on the web saying wait for 14days

after the 14days no messages no emails from apple then I have to restart the recovery process again over and over

no response from apple

Is the address you are checking the one you set for notifications? If you used your iCloud address for this, that was a big mistake and you will have to contact Apple about it.
