"30m Mbps"?

When you run SpeedTest, it is actually downloading and measuring speed, so if its speed is very good, your download speed is very good. It can appear slow if you router is slow to connect to web sites. Have you tried to restart your router and internet modem?

Speed is going to depend upon whatever is slowest between your computer port and the server from which you are downloading. This includes your router, your service provider, and everything else along the route. You have to do systematic testing to find out which is the limiting factor. Whether or not you can do anything about it is another matter. Some things are easy such as connecting your computer directly to the Ethernet supply to your house. Bypass WiFi entirely. I used to have terrible WiFi speeds and that was because everybody else in the neighborhood was setting up WiFi and using all day long. Their signals were blocking the WIFi service to which I subscribed but was located a few blocks away. In the end I had to go with a more costly service that wired directly to our house. Even now I use a wired connection and rarely use WiFi.
