No, it's not. An iPhone X is at least 7-8 years old......probably older.

I have a feeling that your phone has been "rigged" to look good.....when it's not. No way that the battery is 100%.

Return the phone immediately for a refund. You will have nothing but problems if you keep the phone.

The Battery Health is not 100% unless you have had a genuine Apple battery installed by an authorized Apple service shop within the last month or two.

Can you confirm on that?

Was the battery replacement performed by an authorized Apple service shop in your area that you can locate on this list?

If yes.......take the phone back to the servicer. Something is not right.

Um... no. It is not "new". I suppose there is a very slim chance that a retailer had it sitting on a shelf for the last 7 years and somehow managed to con you into buying a phone that is already obsolete...

Return it and get your money back.

No, it's NOT a new phone. iPhone X was released in 2017 and discontinued in 2018. There is NO chance on this planet you bought a brand new phone which hasn't been made by Apple in 7 years.
