I am trying to make my husband's watch vibrate when I call him. He is deaf. This is imporytant. But when I press on the spot for his watch, it asks do we want to pair it. But then it won't pair it, I guess, because it was previously paired or I don't know. How do I get help?

If you can't unpair Apple Watch because you don't have its paired iPhone, you can erase the watch.
When you erase Apple Watch instead of unpairing it, the watch is still protected by Activation Lock. Before you can pair Apple Watch again, enter the Apple Account and password that were used to set it up.
