I can't update apps due to payment issues on Apple Account
It’s says update payment information but I don’t have enough money. Can I erase the things I ordered?

No, you must pay for them as that is what you agreed to when double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by verification with TouchID/FaceID or Passcode. You will no longer be able to use the App Store until you have a valid payment method on file which is capable of processing the transactions you have already made.
