All you need is a 40w charging plug, which you can find quite affordably from Apple or Amazon.
Apple sells theirs for $40 (US), which I think you can agree isn't a fraction close to 17 Million dollars.
On Amazon, there are loads of USB C charging plugs at 40w or higher for even less.
Could you specify what your problem is?
For example:
If you are having trouble charging your phone with USB-C but don't want to buy an older phone. I would recommend the iPhone 14; it is relatively new, uses Lightning, and charges decently fast, too!

I didn't even bother with the comment about weighing less than 71 kg (156 pounds) as that's actually even more absurd than the comment about costing more than 17 million dollars. Perhaps people in Turkey, don't have access to modern charging plugs, but I'd be willing to bet they do.
