Video Recording Quality Issue in 16 pro max

"I recently bought the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and when I tried recording videos, the video quality turned out to be extremely poor. I’ve already updated to the latest iOS version, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. and here is the screenshot plus recording attached Can someone please guide me on what to do?"

Do you see the warning near the top of the screen cautioning that more light is needed? Not adding additional light may result in reduced image quality. You could try switching to the 1X lens which has a wider aperture. The wider aperture allows more of the existing light to pass through the lens and improves image quality.
