i have an iphone 12 pro max i created a new icloud when i got the phone now the new icloud is saying account locked and cant be used and i cant logout from the 12 pro max again i cant login on the web to chat with apple support

If an iPhone 12 Pro Max has a locked iCloud account and you can’t log out or contact Apple Support, the device is iCloud-locked. Without the original Apple ID and password, you cannot remove the iCloud account legally. Only the original owner or Apple (with proof of purchase) can unlock it. Avoid third-party unlock tools, as they are often unsafe or illegal.

Unfortunately, if Apple has denied your request to remove Activation Lock, and said that they will not be able to review additional requests or documentation, that would appear to be the final word.
I’m the original owner of the device have tried many ways to get it done it’s not working and after giving it back to the store I bought it from i got this message on my mail
