If you did not enable Find My before your phone was lost or stolen, there is no way for you to track it electronically. Carriers can track phones by IMEI, but they will generally only do so when they are presented with a court order to, e.g., help with a missing persons case. They're not going to track lost or stolen phones.

If you think you know roughly where you lost the phone (e.g., somewhere in your house), you could try going there and calling the lost phone from another phone and listening for the "rings". But without Find My, that's it.

As I said in my first post to you, if Find My was NOT turned on before the phone was lost, no one, but you can help you. There is NO WAY to track it other than look for it. It's amazing people assume nothing can ever go wrong. They don't backup their phones then come here complaining their phone is broken and they can't afford to lose their data, but it's too late to backup once a phone is broken. And like you, people come here looking for help when their phone is lost, but they never turned on Find My before the phone was lost. No one can help here.
