A 14kg dumbbell fell off the bench and onto my phone in the gym earlier now it’s slightly bent on the lower left and it’s cracked all up the back of my phone. Also a green dot has appeared on the left side of my screen. can I get this fixed and how much roughly would this be?

Unfortunately, Apple will not repair the phone if the frame is bent, even if you are willing to pay.
If the frame was not bent, repairs would likely be in the $600-700 range. (U.S.)
You will need to take the phone in to the Apple Store / Genius Bar or visit an authorized Apple service shop to confirm and see if Apple can offer you a refurbished replacement phone at a discount.
