Screen calling settings missing on iPhone 16

Hello,

I've upgraded to iOS26 last night. In Phone app there was a button to enable screen calling. I've tapped it. It has then disappeared.

Withing Phone app settings I don't see Screen Calling section at all, and the button to enable it within the Phone app is gone.

Any suggestions? I'm not sure if I've enabled the Screen Calling at all. It's completely missing everywhere.

Update :

In order for settings to appear, region must match the supported language. For example, when I switched to United Kingdom in region settings, the options for call screening have appeared. However since my region was set to Serbia I had no settings available even though my Phone language was set to English.
