After updating iPadOS 26 onto my iPad-Pro 12.9" 6th gen, a floating button - presumably the Accessibility Shortcut control, is permanently on the screen. There are no option set in Settings to allow this. A triple press on this button causes the screen to become lcoked.

Disable hover text worked for me too.
Try and see if universal control is on, you might want to turn that off to see If the issues persist

I have the same situation and I cannot re-boot. Power switch causes a series of rolling on-off when I try.
I forced a re-boot by holding the screen button (on the side) and the power button. I still have that floating icon. How can I eliminate it from my screen?
