How to disable animations and revert to iOS 18 on a 4th gen iPad Pro after iOS 26 update?

This "update" is soooo bad. Even the icons start blury as you transition from the open apps page, its super glitchy and has totally froze twice already. I think its all these completely pointless animations that is the route of the problem as its an older machine. Any settings I can turn off, or advice on how to revert back to IOS 18?

I use my ipad for work and its now pretty much useless, thanks apple!
