I own an Apple Watch SE 2 (I plan on getting the SE 3) and I decided to upgrade it to watchOS 26. When I did so, many of the complications I used on the Modular face are gone, including the various Weather complications. Did Apple remove these in watchOS26 or is my Watch just being weird?

For me, both Spotify and Timers are missing as available complications in the iOS 26 watch app. But I was able to add both by editing the face directly from the watch. Long press the face→ Edit→ swipe to Complications→ select the complication slot→ scroll to the desired complication and select.
I reset my new SE 3 but complications still disappear. Continually asks to allow weather to use my location. I’m using info graph with 8 complications and right now and only the phone one is showing. I just looked and now the mail and messages are showing also, but if I lower my wrist they’ll disappear. What is going on Apple??? Oh now my Calendar is back!
I’m having the exact thing my watch display the correct info but the watch app is missing complications on every watch face like a bug. Trying removing the watch I reset both the watch and the phone. I try to offload watch app reinstalling the app watch and it keeps the same missing info on the watch faces on the app
The activity, weather, calendar, reminders, timer and alarms complications are all missing from the Apple Watch app. Also a third-party app called Sundial downloaded to the new watch of the complication is again missing from the Apple Watch app. These are all Apple complications from Apple apps, except one. They are all missing from the face gallery as well as the “my watch” tab in the Watch app. But the watch is working perfectly. So of the eight complications on this face. Battery percentage is available in the Apple Watch app.

Since you’ve never had this problem, why do you think this is going to solve it? I would like somebody who’s had this problem directly, who solved it, to answer the question. Guessing at solutions is not helpful. Just trying to disapprove that somebody’s even having a problem is also not helpful.
My advice to the others who have essentially hijacked the OP's topic, as you also have;

You should create your own topic that everyone will see, describe the problem, and what you've tried to resolve it."
All the apps are still installed, it’s just that some of the complications are outright missing.
I have tried resetting my Ultra 3 and I am still having problems with complications. I can’t even install weather applications because they are not showing up in the App

that complication cannot be added via the Apple Watch app, but it can be added on the watch itself. New and improved: Now, 100% nonfunctional!

Alarms is still a complication available for my watch.
Also, the Update didn’t effect this problem.
I have both iOS 26 and watchOS 26 and I've disproven your claim that the Alarm complication is missing by posting a screenshot of the complication available in the Watch App on my iPhone 16.
activity and Alarms is missing from mine. This is a brand new iPhone 17 Pro and a brand new ultra 3 watch.
