On iOS26, imessages doesn't have an option to view the shared links or photos of a contact

When i try to view previously shared links or photos from a contact, in iOS 18 i click on the contact and was able to view previously shared links and media. With new iOS26, clicking on the contact opens the contact card and does not show the previously shared links or photos by the contact. Are there any workarounds for this issue?
