Floating Icon on my iphone

Since installing iOS26 today i have this floating icon on may screen. And not it is not assistive touch . The icon does nothing repeatable , sometimes the screen blackens , sometimes nothing.

iPhone 16 Pro

It's the icon for Hover Text. Settings>Accessibility>Hover Text>Off

I figured it had to be something in Accessibility, mostly because it sort of looked like a magnifying glass. So, I poked around in Zoom and tried a bunch of different things. Then I tried things under Display. Finally, after about five minutes of futzing, I realized that, right there on the main Accessibility screen, was a menu item with that exact icon. So, I don't feel especially smart!
