checked with Apple support also … but they are not aware of Spatial Scene Mode in photos.

Thx for the help, but my phone doesn’t support Apple Intelligence, so in settings I have only Siri. Hopefully it’s just the problem with servers and it will download some time later.

Spatial Scene Mode does not require Apple Intelligence, but you are correct that you can't find Apple Intelligence on your iPhone 14 Pro Max. iPhone 14 Pro Max is not capable of running Apple Intelligence. It doesn't have enough RAM.

You did not mention, how the photos have been getting onto your iPhone. Have they been saved from the camera to Photos or have they been synced to the iPhone from a computer or shared from a different source?
