After upgrading my phone to IOS 26, I realized when I used “one minute” on my screen time, all the apps would also use minute. This makes it so that I am unable to use my other apps after my screen time has gone down! Does anyone know how to fix this?

Turning off a feature is NOT a workaround, just FYI. Your opinion on whether screen time should be on or off is irrelevant. You have got no obligation to share workarounds that aren't workarounds if you don't believe it's a bug or don't need screen time for yourself or your kids
Same thing is happening to my daughter. She’s not impressed.
This happened to me too but a few random apps just had one minute
And most apps can’t even be used for ten seconds while the screen disappears, and then the screen is unresponsive for another few seconds

Omg. No way, my phone just did that and i am not impressed at all either. FIX THIS APPLE!!
I reported it as soon as my daughter showed me it happening to her. Hopefully enough of us do to make it important enough to fix.
Oh believe me I have. Multiple times. They said they would fix it but 26.01 update comes and nothing gets fixed.
