New iPad keyboard only works when using Apple apps after updating to iOS 26

The update of iPadOS 26 appearance of new keyboard is only show in the Apple apps, but whenever I switch to third-party app like WhatsApp or something else, previous OS version keyboard shows not that current version keyboard.
