VPN Disconnects every 15 seconds

Hello, i currently have a corporate Mac M3 Pro, last week i received the Sequoia update and installed it. Unfortunately this seems to have broken something as my VPN is disconnecting every 15-30 seconds making it hard to participate in calls and work.

Current macOS version installed is 15.7, i have tried renew DCHP, remove plist files from SystemConfiguration (based on reddit thread) restart router and forget WI-FI network, disable auto-join for wi-fi but with no success. This VPN issue happens on WI-FI and on LAN and i have no access on turning off Firewall or other security settings.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.7

Contact your company/organization IT/Network Admin to discuss the issue with them. They may require a change in VPN configuration or product since they authorized user updates to user systems.

Your employer is still responsible for making sure your company issued Mac is fully functional. Most likely the VPN app itself needs to be updated, but it is also possible your VPN settings were some how different or were possibly corrupted. Or the issue could be due to some other third party software (especially AV or security software) which many employers require. Your employer should be assisting you with this issue.

Only a couple people are affected so this does not appear to be a VPN configuration issue since 99% of the other employees that received the update did not encounter any issues. After discussing with IT, they said there are no known changes that must be done to the VPN settings..

I'm having a similar issue in that since updating to mac os26 the vpn to access my work computer from my macbook air disconnects every 15 minutes and it's infuriating
