How can I organize Apps by myself now?

Launchpad is gone and new "Apps" do not support that.

Is there any way to organize Apps by myself?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.5

Organize in what way?

You cannot add folders to thew launcher now though. If you need App folders, give Apple feedback and if enough people do, they may elect to add the option back in.

click here ➜ Feedback - MacBook Pro - Apple

The new Launcher now has filters and still has a search to help you quickly find any app as it's now an extension of Spotlight Search.

click here ➜ Search for anything with Spotlight on Mac - Apple Support

You can always organize the applications in the Applications folder in Finder as you see fit though.

Or you can use 3rd party launcher managers if you want to add folders for instance.

For example AppGrid. click here ➜ https://apps.apple.com/us/app/appgrid-launcher/id6748853585?mt=12
