Hello I brought my iPhone 16 few months ago, and i noticed that the layers of the apple logo on the back of the iPhone is misplaced. My iPhone is still under warranty, is it possible to have it replace or repaired ?

You will need to take the phone in to an authorized Apple service shop.
No one on this user site will be able to tell you whether "repairs" would be covered under the warranty, since the Apple repair shop will make that decision.
We might be able to tell you if the phone was "new" or "refurbished" if you can provide the Model Number of your phone.
Settings > General > About > Model Number
Please....do not post a serial number....that is not needed.

It's very easy to reseal a box. The fact that the serial number indicates it's less than a year old doesn't preclude it being tampered with.
However, if you believe it to be new, contact Apple and have them look at it.

I'm guessing you got a refurbished device. The back has probably been replace with a counterfeit part.
It was not "new". They are not an authorize Apple retailer. Even if the box was factory sealed, it was technically not "new".
