MacBook Pro keeps logging out despite auto logout and screen saver settings

I get logged out after a few minutes. I have been to security and cancelled auto log out. I have been to screen saver and made adjustments there but the setting require pw when lofted out is greyed out. can anybody help because it Is really irritating!

The post is titled iPhone, do you mean a Mac? If the setting to Require Password is greyed out, that often means the Mac is enrolled in an MDM (provided by an enterprise organization like an employer or school).
