Please check the videos shown in the link. The videos are supposed to loop until the end of the slide, but it shows artifacts after the first round of play.

Eventually the problem was resolved by a MacOS update...

There has only been one public release of macOS 26 —build 26.0 (25A354)
What did Microsoft say when you contacted them for support? Powerpoint is not an Apple product.
