Go to Apple > System Settings > Lock Screen and set "Require password after screensaver begins or display is off" to Never.

If you can not set to Never, then the iPhone Mirroring App maybe preventing you from changing the setting.

To fix that, open the iPhone Mirroring App on your Mac and change the setting to "Ask every time"

Then you should be able to set "Require password after screensaver begins or display is off" to Never.

The answer is the same as when you asked this same question earlier today.

If the setting to Require Password is greyed out, that often means the Mac is enrolled in an MDM (provided by an enterprise organization like an employer or school).

Is you Mac managed by someone else? You need to have administrator privileges on the Mac to change it, even it it's not externally managed.
