Using shortcuts to play audio files

I recently found several videos on social media which showed the steps to create a shortcut which would play audio files when certain prerequisites were met.

I attempted to copy the instructions in a video which played an audio file when battery percentage fell below 20%.

It worked for the person in the video, which was posted prior to iOS18, but when I tried it I was met with an error saying the file could not be found.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
