How do I add Apple devices on my Apple Account?

I'm signed into my account and have four active phones, three computers and an iPad, but they're not all showing up. How do I add a device?

You need to make sure the decides are all logged in to the same Apple Account. They should be listed in Settings ➜ Account ➜ Devices.

There's no other way to add them.
