and all related security settings are good. But, webcam displays a black screen, in all apps. Built-in camera works fine.

My Logitech C920 HD Pro webcam stilll works fine with Tahoe 26.0. Logitech will be the only support resource that you will have for that Brio.
Having an issue where my logi brio 100 lags during meetings, workaround is to open photobooth, somehow it clears up the feed immediately.

I have the same issue. The most recent Logitech software did not change anything. Could anyone fix it?
