3G Data Status Not Showing on iPad

I can't seem to check the cellular usage on my iPad. I purchased a 250MB plan and 3G works, but it just says "there is no data plan." Nothing shows up on the full account overview, either. How can I check?

If you just signed up, it takes a couple of days to show up. Otherwise, you'll have to contact AT&T, because you can't check out your account online (at least as of a month ago). That's about your only choice.

Likewise, I just made my first data plan renewal today, after having run out of data (250MB) before running out of days.

I added more data and 3G now works again, but I'm getting pop-up messages telling me that I'm out and asking me if I would like to renew now or later. I keep hitting Later.

But 3G is working again now, so like the previous response I'm just assuming that AT&T is a bit slow on updating the full breadth of status of their servers.
