I updated my iPhone 11 plus with iOS 26 update and now I can't text, receive text, make calls or receive calls ....please help me solve this issue

Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
Since the update 26 no calling out or receiving calls. Can’t text either a few other apps that don’t work. I have iPhone 14. Have been to three different places to fix. Still not working.
