No calls, no mobile data after installing IOS26

iPhone 15 (MTM23LL/A / A2846), updated to iOS 26, since then I have no mobile data, I can't make calls. Curiously, I can receive calls. I can't change or disable the SIM PIN, my number doesn't appear in Settings - Mobile Data, and the personal access point is disabled.

I've tried everything:

Reset network settings

Reset the entire phone

Remove the SIM and put it back in

Airplane mode for 20 seconds, restart, remove airplane mode...

The SIM works fine in another phone.

I requested a SIM replacement, but that doesn't work either.

I've tried another SIM that worked in another phone, and it doesn't work in iOS26 either...

WiFi works, but mobile data is completely unusable. This problem started immediately after installing iOS 26.

I'm waiting for an iOS26 update. What a mess, Apple.

It's not always the iOS update's fault! Many things can cause phone problems. If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.

Can't send or receive message then try these steps first

Restart your device: ...
Check your network connection. ...
Check with your carrier to see if the type of message you're trying to send, like MMS or SMS, is supported.
If you're trying to send group MMS messages on an iPhone, go to Settings > Messages and turn on MMS Messaging.
