iPhone 14 Pro loses cellular data and personal hotspot after iOS 26 upgrade

Im currently using a iPhone 14 Pro and upgraded from ios 18.7 to ios 26 and my cellular plan was perfectly fine when i was on ios 18 ever since upgraded my iPhone will show that my simcard is connected but doesnt allow me have any internet as i already checked with my carrier that my plan is active and my personal hotpot is also not available when i try to make a call its will show call fail but weirdly when others call it can be pass though THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE i really hope u fix this as soon as possible
