Hello, I upgraded to Mac OS 26 and some blue frame appear every where (examples in uploads). This is an issue ...

Go to System Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard and turn OFF the setting for Full Keyboard Access.

You must, it's built into macOS. There are many settings under Accessibility, you may need to scroll down in the window to find Keyboard.
