How to change Image Capture App Icon
I want to change the Image Capture app icon used (rainbow) in MacOS 26 to the icon used in previous releases. Can this be done and if so, how?

You cannot. The normal method (Get Info then paste a replacement icon over the current one a the top left) does not work with macOS system apps.
