iMessage/Facetime still not working after update

Iphone 11 Pro Max updated the night of the 15th to ios26. Today is the 18th and iMessage and Facetime are still not working. When I go to the iMessage settings, and click on my phone number, it said "activation unsuccessful" up until today. Starting today, it says "an error occurred during activation please try again." I've tried everything brought up in support forums but nothing works. I've gone to ATT.com and refreshed connection as well.
