How to view credits in Apple account purchase history?

When viewing purchase history on the app store app, I see a current balance, and I can see purchases ( monthly icloud $.99 charges, music purchases , app renewal subscriptions, etc) but not any credits to my apple account for redeeming itunes gift cards or cash additions from my credit card, ect.

I cant figure out how apple claims I have a $.06 credit in my account..

Speaking with an agent at customer service, they refuse to tell me the dates and amounts of additions to my account.
