Siri not working and displaying error on iPhone Lock Screen
My iphone is displaying this to me on my notification lock screen after siri not working

Then you need to complete setting up Siri. Go to Settings>Siri, and it should indicate what is missing. From the notification it appears that you need to finish the voice setup to be able to use Siri.
