I have recently updated my Ipad A16 to Ipad OS26. Where lots of problem occurs like floating keyboard flickering issue, laggy , some application not working properly, how to resolve it? And will apple give update to fix these issue??

The laggy performance is expected for 2-3 days after an update to index files and optimize object detection in photos. Large photo libraries may take a day or two more.

Apple does update the software quite frequently for bug fixes, but as usual there has been no date given for the next update.
Third party applications can only be updated by the developer if those are the ones you are experiencing problems with them not working properly. If you experience a problem with a third party app, then you should contact the developer.
