I’m being charged on my card by Apple.com/bill, but I don’t see any purchases on my account. Can you check which Apple ID is using my card and cancel the subscription?

Are you the Organizer of a Family Plan? With purchase sharing members are authorized to make purchases using your payment method.
Did you view your Purchase History or Subscriptions? I don't see any consistency to suggest that it would be a subscription that would need to be cancelled. Is there some reason why you suspect a subscription.

If you are not the Organizer of a family sharing plan and the charges do not appear in your Purchase History, then that would indicate your card has been compromised. If your card has been compromised, then you will have to report those charges as fraudulent so they can cancel any further charges and issue you a new card.
