Unable to change iPad app age restrictions due to forgotten Screen Time password

i am a teenage girl and I just updated my iPad to the new ios26 after not having any young age restrictions, and now it has deleted half of my apps because my iPad has some how set the app age restrictions to 9+ and we can’t change it because my dad can’t remember my screen time password and it won’t let us make a new one.
