Macos Tahoe 26.0 FPS cap on games

For some reason, everything runs completely normally except games. My FPS cap on Roblox, Geometry Dash, and others was previously 60FPS but now it only runs at 30FPS. That's a significant difference and, although it isn't unplayable, it's definitely incredibly annoying. Is there any solution to this? Is anyone else having this problem? Thank you guys.

I'm using a M1 Max MacBook Pro, so I don't know if this will work for you, or if the settings are available.

You should see a screen as such. If you're not on a MacBook Pro; we will need to find another solution. It has something to do with battery settings in the fact that Tahoe gives applications/games less performance then they physically need. In response to leroydouglas, try taking the Mac off Low Power Mode. We need a command that can unrestricted the power usage. Again, this is all speculation from my end.

I would search any of those related forums for similar issues and known resolves.
