My battery is showing 100% battery health and only has 131 cycles. It gets to about 60-70% and then shuts down and turns back on with 10%. After I plug it in for a little the battery will jump back up. The battery isn't showing issues otherwise, and nothing is registering in diagnostechs. Could it be software related or another part or should I replace my battery?

Did this start after upgrading to macOS 16, or did it happen before?
Odd power issues can sometime be mitigated by resetting the System Management Controller, or "SMC". Apple instructions for the SMC reset are here:
Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
It's it important to use the instruction set labeled "Mac with Apple Silicon" for your M1 Mac, as well as note that the computer needs to be running on wall power, not the battery, when you reset.
If that does not change the behavior, then I fear that you have a defective battery that is reporting incorrectly, because of this:

That health value is inconsistent with a healthy battery. It should not report 100% health at 131 cycles. Also a shutdown at mid-charge level followed by a low charge report at restart are just wrong.
Does System Settings > Battery > Battery Health show "normal"?
if the SMC reset does not correct the issue, I think you need to have Apple evaluate. When I had similar shutdown/restart issues, the battery proved faulty, requiring replacement.

Sounds like the battery is bad....classic symptoms. Some M1 Macs are five years old and on average the Lithium Battery will need to be replaced somewhere between 3 - 5 years for most people.
Unfortunately the macOS battery condition is not as robust as it was some years ago, but even then some battery failures did not register with macOS. Same goes for the Apple Diagnostics.

An SMC reset usually corrects bad reporting on the part of the system. It still sounds like a battery past its prime.
It was happening before I updated; I just updated it the other day, hoping it would fix the issue. It's odd because the point at which it shuts off is inconsistent. The other day it dropped to 30% before it shut off, and another time it did at 75%. It's most likely the battery then, because I did reset the SMC. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't another component that could be responsible if the battery is fine and the system's just acting wonky because it's reading it wrong. Thank you!
