I am unable to restore Time Machine backup on different MacBooks

I AM TRYING TO RESTORE A BACKUP THAT I HAVE DONE AND I CAN’T BECAUSE IT DOESN’T MOVE TO THE NEXT STEP, I HAVE TRIED WITH DIFFERENT EXTERNAL DRIVES AND DIFFERENT VERSION OF OS AND DIFFERENT MACBOOKS IT HAPPENS THE SAME THING .

Not to mention your CAPS lock appears to be stuck— I would look into that issue.
