I ordered an engraved ipad 11 for my wife as a gift, but found out she already purchased one! It's new in the box, unopened. Am I still able to return it, even though it's engraved?

Given that Apple stopped selling the iPhone 11 in September of 2022, I suspect you're well beyond the 14-day return window.

I got a shipping label, which makes me think it's okay, and I think I remember a disclaimer when I did the engraving saying that it wouldn't affect a return, but I wasn't entirely sure- so I thought before I returned it, I'd ask
