iMessage and FaceTime not working after iOS 26 update

Since the upgrade to iOS26, I can’t use iMessages or facetime, even though I use my email for both, my number is not available for imessages or FaceTime all of a sudden! I contacted apple support and did the steps they provided but 48 hours later and the issue is not resolved
