the Costco app not working on my Iphone 17 Pro IOS 26

The app is frozen and the touch screen not working , i did try to power off the phone and turn it backup still not working

It is working on my other phone Mini 12 and 16 pro

iPhone 17 Pro

Costco did update their app to fix bugs yesterday. The removing/reinstall would download the latest version of the app.

You should probably contact Costco, or give it a couple days. It sounds like they did not update their app completely to work with the new iOS., There's nothing Apple can do about this. The "wait a few days then try" advice worked for a couple of other apps of mine that did not initially work.

I had the same issue with a new 17 Pro. Removing and then reinstalling the app fixed the issue.
